Sentinel Oasis for Love & Care Initiative (SOLCI) is a youth-focused organisation committed to building young leaders from grassroots communities who are passionate about transforming lives through servant leadership.

A community of young leaders becoming the change they want to see.
SOLCI believes that leadership built on faith, integrity, discipline and service can create sustainable social change. We use a hands-on mentorship approach to empower young people to become responsible leaders capable of addressing the challenges within their own communities.
Through leadership development programmes, mentorship initiatives, community engagement projects, media advocacy and youth empowerment activities, we are nurturing a generation of transformational leaders equipped to positively impact society.
